Based on the famous Neve preamp the 1084EQ features 2 preamps with EQ. The preamps have 20 to 80db gain in steps of 5db using all discrete Class A circuits and using 2 gain stages at the highest settings.
Microphone Input impedance can be switched to 300 (Low Z) or 1200ohm (High Z)
There is an extra line input which is transformer coupled. The DI input is available using a jack input at the front panel.
+48 phantom power is also available as is a phase reversal switch.
